Our family has a wide experience in growing melanosporum<\/em> <\/strong>and Trufalia belongs to the third generation dedicated to cultivating our gastronomy\u2019s black diamond.<\/p>

We use traditional methods both in harvesting, classification and packaging.<\/strong><\/p>
